Hubungan pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan kejadian trauma abdomen pada kehamilan

Latar Belakang: Trauma abdomen merupakan kasus emergency dengan tingkat morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi. Ibu hamil rentan terhadap trauma karena perubahan anatomis dan fisiologis selama kehamilan. Trauma tumpul abdomen sangat sering terjadi pada kehamilan meskipun jarang disadari oleh setiap ibu hamil. Pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai potensi trauma abdomen pada kehamilan sangat perlu sebagai salah satu strategi pencegahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan kejadian trauma abdomen pada kehamilan.
Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain observational analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling dengan pendekatan total sampling dan didapatkan 50 responden. Instrument penelitian ini berupa kuesioner pengetahuan trauma abdomen dan riwayat kejadian trauma abdomen.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan yang kurang mengenai trauma abdomen dan sebagian pernah mengalami kejadian trauma abdomen. Hasil analisis hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian trauma abdomen yaitu ρ=0,03 (ρ< 0,05), maknanya terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian trauma abdomen pada ibu hamil.
Kesimpulan: Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang trauma tumpul abdomen pada kehamilan di Posyandu Desa Kupang Kecamatan Jabon masih kurang. Maka dari itu, perlu diadakannya edukasi mengenai trauma tumpul abdomen.
