Hubungan pengetahuan tentang hygiene saat menstruasi dengan fluor albus pada remaja putri

Latar Belakang : Data menunjukkan 66,6% remaja putri berperilaku hygiene yang buruk saat menstruasi. Kebersihan vulvovaginal yang baik sangatlah penting untuk diketahui dan dilakukan sejak usia dini untuk mencegah iritasi, infeksi dan penyakit yang dapat terjadi dikemudian hari akibat iritasi kronis.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh siswi di SMP Dirgantara, Kabupaten Tangerang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total populasi sejumlah 61 siswi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square.
Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan remaja putri tentang hygiene selama menstruasi dengan kejadian keputihan (pvalue=0.045).
Kesimpulan : Pengetahuan remaja putri tentang hygiene saat menstruasi berhubungan dengankejadian keputihan di SMP Dirghantara, Kabupaten Tangerang.
