Analisis beban kerja konstruksi gedung politeknik menggunakan metode NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index)

Latar Belakang: Pekerjaan konstruksi memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja tertinggi dibandingkan sektor lainnya, dengan lebih dari 80% kegiatan berisiko mengalami kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan faktor manusia (unsafe action). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja pada pekerja sektor konstruksi di pembangunan gedung Politeknik Pekerjaan Umum.
Metode: Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi dan metode cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 pekerja yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen reaction timer untuk mengukur level kelelahan kerja, kuesioner NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja serta kuesioner produktivitas kerja.
Hasil: Menunjukkan 64.3% pekerja mengalami kelelahan ringan dan 35.7% kelelahan sedang. Sebanyak 78.4% pekerja mengalami stres kerja sangat tinggi, sedangkan untuk beban kerja, 52.9% berada pada kategori sedang dan 47.1% tinggi. Analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara beban kerja (p=0.695) dan stres kerja (p=0.318) terhadap kelelahan kerja.
Kesimpulan: Meski demikian, tingginya persentase stres kerja dan kelelahan sedang memerlukan perhatian khusus melalui evaluasi sistem manajemen stres kerja, implementasi program rotasi kerja, serta pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala untuk menjaga produktivitas dan keselamatan pekerja.
