Hubungan perilaku konsumsi nutrisi dengan risiko kejadian preeklamsia

Latar Belakang: Perilaku konsumsi nutrisi ibu hamil merupakan cara makan ibu dan ditentukan oleh faktor lingkungan, sosial dan biologis, seperti keterampilan memasak, preferensi rasa, kebiasaan dan pengetahuan pola hidup sehat. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Gumukmas tahun 2024 didapatkan 72 ibu hamil, 15 orang diantaranya adalah preeklamsia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perilaku konsumsi nutrisi dengan risiko kejadian preeklamsia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gumukmas Kabupaten Jember.
Metode: Desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester 2 sampai trimester 3 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gumukmas selama bulan Januari 2024 dengan besar populasi terjangkau sebanyak 50 ibu hamil yang diperoleh dengan teknik cluster random sampling dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner.
Hasil: Sebagian besar perilaku konsumsi nutrisi ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gumukmas Kabupaten Jember berada pada kategori baik dan tidak berisiko preeklamsia.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku konsumsi nutrisi dengan risiko kejadian preeklamsia.
