Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi stunting di Puskesmas Trucuk II merupakan salah satu yang tertinggi di Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian mengungkapkan status pemberian ASI, riwayat paritas, tumbuh kembang anak, stimulasi, karakteristik ibu seperti pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan usia, serta karakteristik anak seperti usia dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan stunting pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di Puskesmas Trucuk II.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 128 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan antara status pemberian ASI (p-value: 0,131), riwayat paritas (p-value: 0,552), pekerjaan ibu (0,855), tumbuh kembang anak (p-value: 0,549). 549), stimulasi (p-value: 0,422), jenis kelamin anak (p-value: 0,394), usia anak (p-value: 0,438), pendidikan ibu (p-value: 0,448), dan usia ibu (p-value: 0,134) dengan kejadian stunting.
Kesimpulan: Meskipun tidak ada hubungan antara determinan tersebut dengan kejadian stunting, tenaga kesehatan dan keluarga, khususnya ibu, diharapkan dapat memantau tumbuh kembang anak melalui beberapa program intervensi seperti pelatihan, pemberian buklet edukasi, peningkatan keterampilan menyusui, dan pendampingan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MPASI).
