Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu tingginya angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan bayi (AKB) diakibatkan karena kurangnya persiapan kehamilan sehingga banyak wanita yang mengalami kehamilan berisiko. Deteksi mandiri pada masa prakonsepsi dapat membantu dan mencegah terjadinya kehamilan berisiko.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Analysis, Desaign, Develop, Implement dan Evaluate (ADDIE). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Ciherang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 wanita usia subur.
Hasil: Sebagian besar WUS memiliki pendidikan rendah dan pengetahuan terbatas tentang kehamilan berisiko, Desain buku disesuaikan dengan rancangan yang dibuat sesuai kesepakatan. Tahap development dilakukan validitas isi buku oleh ahli dan dinyatakan buku “Diary Prakonsepsi” layak (75%, 87%, dan 93%) untuk diimplementasikan dalam asuhan prakonsepsi (skor indeks validitas 0,75-0,93). Implementasi dan evaluasi didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan (0,00) serta analisis menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka menyatakan sebagian besar responden dapat melakukan deteksi mandiri menggunakan buku saku berbasis Bullet Journal dan akan melanjutkan penggunaan buku Diary Prakonsepsi ini.
Kesimpulan: Buku saku prakonsepsi "Diary Prakonsepsi" berbasis bullet journal dapat digunakan sebagai media deteksi mandiri kehamilan berisiko.
